The small Air Conditioner that can cool a room?

Please do not buy those small "Air Conditioners", that small box will not get your room cold. The only way to cool a room, is to remove the heat from the space. Using ice cubes will not make the room cool, the reason is that the refrigerater will create the ice cubes, and to make the ice cubes, the heat from the refrigerater compressor will have already put heat in the room from creating the ice, so there no way to cool a space unless you take the heat from the space, and bringing in ice will not cool the space unless you get tons of ice, and that would be ridiculous since you would pay more money using that small box then buying a real air conditioner system. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THOSE AIR CONDITIONERS!
